Juanita is the founder of Busy Beans Accounting and the driving force behind its mission to simplify bookkeeping and tax support for small business owners. With over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax services, she leads the team with a hands-on, client-first approach. Juanita works remotely from the Vancouver area, supporting clients across Canada with timely, accurate, and personalized service. She is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB), Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Dext Prepare Certified, Hubdoc Advanced Partner, CRA Registered Tax Preparer, and EFILE Service Provider.

As our Bookkeeping Manager and Payroll Specialist, Karla brings years of hands-on experience and a calm, reliable presence to the team. She’s certified in Xero, advanced certufued in QuickBooks Online, and well-versed in payroll platforms like Ceridian, Payworks, and Wagepoint. Based in the Winnipeg area, Karla works remotely to keep our clients’ books and payroll running smoothly.

Sheila brings over 20 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience to the team. After managing our Alberta office for several years, she relocated to Nova Scotia in 2020 to be closer to her son and grandchildren. As our Senior Bookkeeper on the East Coast, Sheila supports clients with precision, care, and a deep understanding of small business needs.
